You can upgrade to the Home premium plan by submitting a request from the Camera section in the menu at the bottom of the app screen.
Personal plan >> Home Premium Plan (With Camera)
If you are an existing Personal plan subscriber looking to upgrade to a Home Premium plan user then follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Camera" section in the bottom of app screen menu.
- Tap on "Upgrade to Premium".
- Once your request is submitted, our team will call you to your registered mobile number and guide you with the steps.
- Our team will deactivate your personal plan account and inform you to re-register and subscribe to the home premium plan through the same registered mobile number.
Home Basic plan >> Home Premium Plan (With Camera)
If you are an existing Home Basic plan subscriber looking to upgrade to a Home Premium plan user then follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Camera" section in the bottom of app screen menu.
- Tap on "Upgrade to Premium".
- Once your request is submitted, our team will call you to your registered mobile number and guide you with the steps.
